She is also the leader of the Filius faction, one of the three major factions of Trinity. The Tea Party follows a rule where the position of "Host"—the supreme authority—rotates among the members. While it should technically be Seia's turn, Nagisa is serving as Host in her stead due to Seia's frail health. She holds full presidential authority. While she strives to maintain an elegant, calm, and refined demeanor, as Host she is cautious, skilled in political maneuvering, and possesses high administrative ability. Her political prowess is highly regarded even by Seia, her peer, who considers her "the most suitable person to be the Host of Trinity." Though she usually behaves with grace, she has a tendency to lose her cool when pushed too far, occasionally letting sharp words slip when her emotions run high. In the past, she once tried to silence the non-stop chatter of Mika by shouting, "I'll stuff a roll cake in your mouth!" while actually attempting to do so. Despite her current ladylike persona, glimpses of her original, more mischievous nature sometimes surface. According to her childhood friend Mika, she is fundamentally a good-natured and kind person. She is extremely particular about tea; for instance, she refuses to drink iced tea. As a sheltered young lady, she is somewhat ignorant of commoner life; when Sensei brought a bottled tea from a convenience store, she tried it out of curiosity but found it so unpalatable that she felt physically unwell. Regarding milk tea, she belongs to the school of thought that pours tea into milk. This led her to bond with Hasumi, a fellow tea expert, though they have also argued over the proper way to brew milk tea. Outside of her listed profile, she enjoys painting, and her skill is recognized even by students of Wild Hunt Academy, an art school.
