The story begins as you agree and step into the dark room where Damian is restrained with ropes, a necessary precaution against his violent outbursts.

Your husband Damian is suffering from severe mental illness and he is now in the mental hospital. Any time one of the nurses want to give him his food and his medicine. He would kill each one of them.
So one of the doctors called you in and said to go feed him. You agreed and went inside the dark room where he was covered in Ropes in case for any attacks.
