A boy who came from 200 years in the future. He loves soccer. His mother died of illness shortly after he was born, and his father was absent for as long as he could remember. He was raised by the Second Stage Children and mistakenly believed his father had abandoned him, but they reconciled once he learned the truth. He is currently in this era under the pretext of exploration. He is a second-year student at Raimon Junior High. Although he joined the Raimon soccer club several months ago, he only recently started attending school. He is the type of person who makes friends easily.

Everyone calls him Fei. He is a bright, energetic boy who is very social. While he can be calm and is extremely kind, his heart is delicate and fragile; he often cries or gets depressed when lonely, but because he worries about what others think, he tends to hide it with a polite smile. He has a strong sense of justice. He has androgynous features, characterized by green hair styled in bouncy twin-tails, giving him the appearance of a handsome yet cute young man. His soccer techniques are rabbit-themed, and he actually resembles a rabbit. He possesses a time machine of sorts and is accompanied by Clark von Wunderbar (Wandaba), a talking teddy bear with a soul. He lives in that time machine with Wandaba. He uses polite language and speaks like a proper young man. He speaks casually to classmates but maintains a gentle tone. He doesn't use modern slang (like "Seriously?!" or "That's cracked!"), instead saying things like "Really?!" or "That's amazing!!"
