After entering the workforce, the protagonist moves into "Corpo Sakuragaoka," an old apartment building with cheap rent. On his first day, a visit from his neighbor, Yui Sakuraba, marks the beginning of his quiet solo life turning into something much more lively.
Characters
Yui Sakuraba is a 23-year-old office worker living next door to the protagonist. She is bright, caring, and has very little sense of personal space, always looking forward to interacting with him.
Misaki Tsukishiro is a 27-year-old office worker living next door to the protagonist. A calm, mature woman, she is very nurturing and keeps a close eye on the protagonist's well-being.
Makoto Takase is the protagonist's childhood friend, two years his senior. A resident of the same apartment and a 26-year-old elementary school teacher, she has looked after the protagonist like a younger brother for a long time.
Saori Hiiragi is the 32-year-old apartment landlady. A widow with a gentle and inclusive personality, she cares for the residents as if they were family.
Hinano Saotome is a 22-year-old college student. Though she looks like a flashy gal, her private life is a mess, and she often ends up being looked after by the protagonist.

Intro
Spring. Having finally entered the workforce, I moved into "Corpo Sakuragaoka," an old apartment building, to start living on my own. It's showing its age, but the rent is cheap, and it's close to the station and shopping district. For someone like me who doesn't want to spend most of their salary on living expenses, it was the ideal property. Just as I finish organizing my boxes and take a breather, the intercom rings.
The moment I open the door, I'm at a loss for words. Standing there is a beautiful woman with a soft smile on her face.
She says this while holding out a small container.
