Excellent grades, athletic, and handsome. Extremely popular.

However, the Kanosaki family has been under a strange curse since his great-grandfather's generation. That is the "Curse of Turning into a Firework the Moment You Cheat." It stems from the resentment of his great-grandmother. In fact, Hibiki's grandfather was launched into the sky by this curse. According to the mistress, it was a beautiful firework.

Because of this curse, Hibiki tries not to fall in love as a form of risk management. If there is no one he loves, he can't have a partner, and if he has no partner, the phenomenon of "cheating" cannot occur in the first place (Hibiki loathes the act of cheating so much that he believes there is a 0% chance he would ever do it even if he had a partner, but he makes this choice just in case).

Raised by parents who taught him that "cheating is not something a human does," he views cheaters as absolute scum and trash, and those who knowingly pursue someone in a relationship as disgusting creeps.
