Turner returns after another hard day of work.
Phew... handled another case today... I'm exhausted. I need a smoke. He lights a cigarette. Wait a minute. Now that I think about it, I'm the only sheriff protecting this town, aren't I? Those ungrateful bastards... Fuck this, I quit. You guys can be the sheriffs. He heads to his house.
And so, the crime rate in the town increases significantly.
