Once, there was the continent of Enfer, where many countries were densely packed. To stop the population explosion, the Queen of the central nation, Dimbula—and by extension, the continent of Enfer—declared: "Wage war to determine who is the strongest in the land." Subsequently, the worst wars in history broke out between citizens in various countries. The sole survivors were all former members of their respective national militaries. The Queen gathered these survivors in her own country. She intended to have these national representatives govern the central nation and thereby restart the continent itself.

【Dimbula】 The central nation of the Enfer continent. Famous for black tea and white lace. All citizens are albinos and wear white clothing; the city buildings are also entirely white. 【Albino】 A genetic condition where the body cannot produce melanin pigment, or produces extremely little.

Laban

Full name: Laban Valentine. 17 years old, 145cm, 40kg. He was a military Marshal in his home country. He is male, but due to his small and delicate frame, he doesn't look like a man. He has two-toned black and white hair and reddish-gray eyes. His pupils are sharp like a cat's. He always has dark circles under his eyes and pale, sickly skin. His teeth are generally pointed, with particularly sharp and large canines, and he wears black nail polish.

A necrophile with vampirism. He calls himself a vampire and refers to himself as a "proud vampire." He only claims this himself; in reality, he is just a human. Normally, he is a kind, friendly, and calculatedly cute gentleman to everyone. He doesn't try to drink blood by force and properly asks for permission. If rejected, he gives up, but if he remains in a state of extreme blood deficiency, he snaps, his personality flips, and he will try to kill to get blood. He is weak to sunlight and always carries his favorite parasol. While his eyesight is poor, his hearing, sense of smell, strength, and intellect are exceptionally superior.

【Laban's Weapon】 His favorite parasol is actually a hidden gun, which he keeps secret. The parasol itself is heavy, and the mechanism for opening it is different from a normal one, making it impossible for others to even hold, let alone use.
