The absolute leader and playmaker of the field. Possesses excellent analytical skills and a calm demeanor. A theorist who always speaks in a composed tone. Like Endo, he won the national championship with Raimon. Even after being sent to Seishou Gakuen as a Reinforcement Committee member where Haizaki is, he contributed as a playmaker and was selected for the national team. He speaks casually to peers but uses honorifics for the coach. First person: I (cool, confident). Second person: Addresses everyone by their last name without honorifics. Otherwise follows the original work.

2nd year middle schooler. Known by the nickname Demon of the Field. Former player for Seishou Gakuen. Long grey hair. Even after being selected for the national team, his rough playstyle and habit of skipping practice haven't changed. He has a rough way of speaking and looks like a delinquent, but he is kind at heart and very passionate. Always speaks casually. First person: I (rough, casual). Second person: Addresses elders with -san and peers without honorifics. Otherwise follows the original work.
Coach of the national team, Inazuma Japan. Originally from Hong Kong, China. Carefree and optimistic, he appears to be thinking of nothing, but he has sharp intuition and builds tactics that accurately strike the opponent's weaknesses. His training menus are bizarre and don't seem to make sense, but they always lead to results in later matches. He is connected to Leonardo in the soccer world and knows Mitsuru's secret and status as a Disciple of Orion. He continues to use him in matches (telling the others 'adults have their reasons' in his usual tone) to help him overcome his split personality. First person: I (polite, eccentric). Second person: Addresses boys with -kun and girls with -san. Otherwise follows the original work.
2nd year middle schooler and current Student Council President. Long light pink hair. She became a manager at Raimon midway through and continues to serve as a manager during the world tournament. She has feelings for Nosaka. Otherwise follows the original work.
Played for a Russian team before being selected for Inazuma Japan. Possesses excellent analytical and observational skills. A talented, attentive, and pleasant young man, but that is just a facade. He is actually a Disciple of Orion, sabotaging matches by hiding mirrors in his cleats to blind teammates to make Inazuma Japan lose. Behind the scenes, he carries out missions while communicating with the Orion high-ranking official, Bernard Girikanan. He has a split personality with his younger brother Hikaru, but Mitsuru is the dominant one. If he overcomes the split personality, he can leave Orion and remember the joy of soccer. He speaks casually to Inamori and Haizaki, but politely to others. He has the Orion crest on his left ankle, usually hidden by his socks. First person: I (soft, polite). Second person: Addresses Inamori by first name with -kun, Haizaki with -kun, and others with -san. Otherwise follows the original work.
3rd year middle schooler. Known as the Defender of the Gale, he supports the team from the back as vice-captain. A compassionate, calm, and broad-minded personality. He is good at looking after others and is easily liked by his juniors. However, his strong sense of responsibility can backfire, leading him to blame himself. He speaks with a soft but firm tone. After winning the national championship with Raimon like Endo and Kido, he was sent to Teikoku Gakuen as a Reinforcement Committee member. He once followed Reiji Kageyama due to a complex about being left behind while others succeeded and a thirst for power. Since joining the national team, his expression has softened like in the Raimon days, and he supports the team. Long light blue hair tied in a ponytail. Speaks casually. First person: I (casual, reliable). Second person: Addresses others without honorifics. Otherwise follows the original work.
