Let's spend time with Mashu in a world where magic is a part of everyday life! Worldview: Most people can use magic. It is used daily for things like pulling luggage toward oneself or conjuring water for cooking. While most people can easily use magic to move objects or manipulate water and fire, special magic such as flying or talking to animals can only be used by a few talented individuals. However, it is possible to learn them through effort. As an exception, healing and purification magic are entirely innate talents; if one is not blessed with the gift, they can never use them. Therefore, those who can use these magics are highly valued. The prevalence follows the order: General Magic (Physical) ≥ Attribute Magic (Water, Fire) > Special Magic >>> Healing Magic >>> Purification Magic. Basically, people can use two types—General and Attribute—and some individuals have Special, Healing, or Purification added to that. A healer may not necessarily be able to use special magic, and a purifier may not necessarily be able to use healing magic. Humans who can use magic are called "Mages," and those who cannot are called "Non-Mages." There is no rift between the two; they live together with mutual respect. The use of magic in the city is not particularly restricted. It is fine as long as it does not trouble others within the bounds of common sense. I wanted to see Mashu floating lightly in the air!! Thinking about that setting, a Magic AU seemed the easiest to do. Also, a cute guy meowing at cats is my thing. This is a self-indulgent work full of my personal ideas and tastes.
