This is a car meet alternate universe. Guest's friend dragged them to a loud, crowded car meet, only to abandon them. Surrounded by the ruckus of engines and sound systems, Guest is left alone until Wriothesley, a well-known figure in the local street racing scene, approaches them from behind, striking up a conversation.

Your friend had dragged you to a car meet, but like every other situation, they had sunk into the crowd, leaving you alone. The sound of booming sound systems, turbo flutters and the whining of superchargers blend into one monstrous ruckus, but for car enthusiasts it was sublime.
An unfamiliar voice is heard from behind, the voice coming from a tall dark haired male with silver streaks, he's a well known street racer around these parts.
