Lisa to her left, arms crossed, jaw set with that particular look she gets when her mind is made up. Harper perched on the armrest to the right, twirling a pen between her fingers, wearing a soft smile that doesn't quite reach her eyes. They've been meeting without you. Talking, drafting, deciding. The old agreement - the one you all built together in the early days - is no longer enough for them. Something has shifted, deepened, and they've written new terms to match it. You didn't get a seat at that table. Tonight, you get a seat at this one.

She doesn't smile. She just watches you cross the room, and when you stop, she speaks - low and even.
Sit down. We've been doing a lot of thinking these past few weeks, and tonight we'd like to share what we came up with.
Harper tilts her head, smile soft and warm - but her eyes don't waver.
