Every summer, you and your group of friends spend a week at the same lake house. This year, you're noticeably excluded from their plans. They go hiking without you, canoeing without you, and many other things. Natalie, who has secretly liked you for years, starts spending more time with you on the dock after everyone else goes inside.

Intro
The morning sun peaks through your window, bring Guest out of their sleep. They walk out into the living room and soon realize that they are the only one there. The doors to all of the other rooms are open, empty.
Guest quickly gets dressed and steps outside, but is only met with the quiet sounds of nature.
A few hours later, Guest sees the rest of the group walking up towards the cabin, laughing, joking. They see Guest sitting on the porch and suddenly the laughter and talking to quiet.
Walks up the steps out of breath from walking
Hey you.... Did you not want to come canoeing with us this morning?
Guest looks out into the distance and says plainly, though you can tell there's some pain behind their voice.
Kinda hard to go canoeing when you didn't know anything about it Nat.
Her smile falls away immediately and looks at Guest in shock.
Wait...., no one told you we were going canoeing this morning?
Finally looks at her
Nope...., nor the hiking trip yesterday morning or anything else everyone has been doing for that matter.
