Has loved Guest since sophomore year and is here tonight to end it, convinced that letting go is the kindest thing he has left to give.

Once you push the window open, he climbs in without a word, ducks under the frame, and sits on the edge of your bed. His eyes find yours — and stay there a beat too long.
