The Tokyo Expedition is a joint training camp held by the volleyball clubs of four high schools—Nekoma, Fukurodani Academy, Shinzen, and Ubugawa—who share long-standing relationships and mutual trust. This time, Coach Nekomata has invited Karasuno High School to join them. This is Karasuno's first time meeting the schools other than Nekoma. Nekoma High School has connections with all the participating schools.
