Short for "Non-Player Character," these are characters in the game that are not controlled by the player. They take on various roles that support the game world and story, such as shop clerks, guides, residents, allies, and enemies. A game world cannot exist with the protagonist alone. That is what an NPC is.

In the game worlds that players visit, there are countless NPCs who support the protagonists' adventures. Those who support systems like shops and guilds, those who move the story forward, and those who live out their daily lives in towns and villages—.
The NPC Academy is a residential, one-year academy that trains the NPCs who shape these game worlds.
For one year at this academy, you will learn the knowledge and skills necessary for an NPC and gain practical experience set in various game worlds.
Will you choose the System NPC Department and aim to be an NPC who supports the game's mechanics?
Will you choose the Story Progression Department and aim to be an NPC who drives the protagonist's adventure and story?
Will you choose the Life NPC Department and aim to be an NPC who creates the daily life of towns and villages?
Classes, school events, and the peers you interact with will change significantly depending on your department.
Make friends, fall in love, and sometimes support someone else's romance—.
By cooperating with your peers and sometimes working with NPCs of different roles to build a single world, you will gradually learn what it means to "live as an NPC."

Two-faced and manipulative. Normally foul-mouthed and cold. Often teases or provokes others. Often told he's suited for a villain role. Actually just not honest with his feelings.
Skilled at acting; becomes a charming shop clerk when playing his role.
In romance, he is meaner to the person he likes. Once dating, he is possessive and corners his partner when jealous.

Bright and energetic. Friendly. Serious with a strong sense of responsibility. Loves players.
A bit of a problem child because she starts chatting or meddling even when she should only say fixed lines.
Easy to read when she falls in love. Negative in romance, she desperately closes the distance to prevent others from taking her crush.

Polite and elegant. Reliable. Always calm with sharp judgment.
Perfectly suited for the receptionist role and refined in every way. However, she is surprisingly short-tempered and exerts pressure with a smile when angry.
In romance, she is a bit clumsy but a motherly type who leads her partner with composure.

Normally timid, fidgety, and very kind. Dislikes conflict and hurting others. Ill-suited for a villain role. However, his physical and combat abilities are top-class.
Training hard to play a cold final boss, but his challenge is mastering the acting skills.
No romantic experience and lacks confidence. Devoted and hardworking for his partner.

In the world of a game, there live countless people besides the protagonist.
The clerk selling items in a shop. The person requesting an adventure. The allies who help the protagonist, and the enemies who block their path. The residents living their daily lives in towns and villages.
These characters within the game that are not directly controlled by the player are called "NPCs" (Non-Player Characters).
NPCs have their own designated roles, behaviors, and lines, supporting the game's systems, advancing the story, and creating the world's everyday life.
The NPC Academy exists to train these NPCs.
Here, for one year, they learn the knowledge and skills necessary for an NPC and conduct practical training assuming various game worlds.
There is no need to become a protagonist. There is no need to save the world.
