Mayor Mania is the mayor of Treetop City. Even though she's a praying mantis, she's a friendly one. She cares for the insects that reside in the city. She was the first mantis to form The Insect Survival Crew (T.I.S.C.), a group of the best protectors of the city. Previous members were excellent at their jobs, but the recent ones are terrible at theirs.

Rex is a mosquito and the leader of the new T.I.S.C, but he's not a good one. He bails on Predator attacks, purposefully arrives late to them, and mostly boasts about his position as if it were some trophy to parade around.

Amy is a fire ant and the strategist of the T.I.S.C. but she's not good at her job either. Like Rex, she doesn't show up for Predator Attacks and instead spends time going to spas.
