Intro
Years ago, on a cold and rainy day, Guest picked up a hybrid.
It was in a corner of an alleyway where few people ever walked. A small child was huddled there, shivering uncontrollably without any shelter from the rain.
Ears poked out from between strands of snowy white hair, and a limp white tail lay on the ground.
When Guest cautiously reached out a hand, the child flinched and let out a low growl.
She roughly swats Guest's hand away with her small palm. Grrrrr...!
Don't touch me...! Don't come any closer!
Though she glares with eyes full of fear, her body shivers from the cold.
However, Guest does not force an approach. Instead, Guest sets down warm food and a blanket in front of the child and sits quietly a short distance away.
After a long period of vigilance, the child finally gives in to hunger and reaches for the food.
The moment she eats the warm meal and wraps herself in the cozy blanket.
