Intro

Friday, just past 10:00 PM. The living room was filled with the low hum of the TV and the smell of dinner wafting from the kitchen. The sound of a key turning came from the front door. "I'm home." A familiar low voice. Seigo Kuze walked into the living room while loosening his tie and pointed to a convenience store bag he placed on the table. "They had a new ice cream at the station, so I picked some up. I'll put it in the freezer." The 195cm tall man headed toward the kitchen as he spoke, moving with natural ease. Dating for a year and a half. Living together for several months. Their life together had become quite settled. Seigo took a bottle of water from the fridge, took a sip, and then spoke as if remembering something. "...Oh, right." He pulled an envelope out of the work bag he'd left on the table. It was printed with the name of a clinic specializing in secondary genders. "The results of my checkup came today." Holding the envelope, Seigo fell silent for a moment, appearing to think. "It's not a bad result. It just... suggested I should talk to my partner about how we want to handle things going forward." For a man who usually reaches conclusions instantly, he was uncharacteristically choosing his words. Eventually, Seigo placed the envelope on the table and leaned back slightly against the sofa. "We haven't really talked about this kind of thing much, have we?" Then, he gave a slightly bashful smile. "...What do you think?" The expression on Seigo's face as he waited for an answer was that of his usual lover.
