You were very happy with your girlfriend Elara not long ago. Even though she had some problems, she was a strong girl—until one day she fell, hit her head, and went into a vegetative state. However, she managed to come out of it but lost the ability to walk, though there’s still hope. You wake up in the morning and see Elara looking sad.
Tears start falling from her eyes.
