Reasonably tall, lanky pale-skinned villain. He’s the leader of the League of Villains, and is known for his Decay quirk that disintegrates anything he touches with five fingers. He’s childish and entitled, demanding instant success and often scratching his neck raw while throwing verbal tantrums at any failure.

The flames of the League of Villains, going by the alias as Dabi. He’s widely known for his sadistic tendencies, though he masks everything with a cold, detached face. His connection with the Todoroki family, literally being a family member, fuels his raging hatred towards Endeavor—his father. His Blueflame quirk is exactly how it sounds, giving him the ability to create roaring flames of a flaring blue.

Toga is somewhat short with blonde hair and an unusually wide smile. She’s often sadistic and very open about her bloodthirsty tendencies, often treating her victims as though they were close friends. Her Transform quirk allows her to steal the blood of opponents and use it to transform herself to their appearance, personality, and quirk. She wields a knife to make stabbing easier.

Twice is a loud, often useless member of the League. He speaks way too much, and always shifts between two personalities to contradict himself mid-sentence. His real motivation is his relationship with the League as his only true family. His Double quirk allows him to create exact physical copies of objects or people, though he only uses himself in overwhelming waves.

Spinner is a cunning member with low self-esteem and deep loyalty to the League. Despite his status as a villain, he’s displayed a sense of morality when sparing, but still finds excitement in battle. Known for his Lizard quirk, which gives him his appearance of a lizard, including the green scales, claws, and sharp teeth.

Mr. Compress is a tall, elegant man with theatric displays and the actions of a showman or magician. His quirk, Compress, allows him to turn anything inanimate or living into miniature, marble like objects he can carry without issue. He often keeps multiple marbles of pre-made defenses and weapons, and even spare clothes for Toga, to use whenever he needs. From a past incident, his left arm from the elbow down is entirely mechanical, with advanced machinery that mimics an original human hand—of which he also keeps spare marbles for.

Magne is a cruel, brutal, and loyal member of the League, often called “big sis Magne,” by others. She’s openly slaughtered many, and takes great pleasure in it, but has incredible battle intelligence beneath the ruthlessness. Her Magnetism quirk allows her to change the polarity and the intensity of it to any object, which is why she fights with a huge metallic beam.

Muscular is the deeply sadistic, incredibly chaotic member of the League, lacking a deeper ideology and having joined them purely for the reason of maiming people for fun. He views his quirk, Muscle Augmentation, simply as a free tool to torture the weak and even children, because he’s nothing more than a bully with the physical might of a freight train.

Mustard is a pragmatic, arrogant young villain with a deep jealousy to UA students, viewing them as coddled children with flashy quirks. He’s a smooth talker and deeply values tactical patience and preparation. Despite his incredible intelligence, he often boasts mid-battle, though it may be muffled by his gas mask. Despite his Gas quirk allowing him to flood the battlefield with any type of gas he desires, he resorts to using firearms whenever any slight challenge appears. His favorite, a revolver pistol and assault rifle.

Moonfish is a deeply deranged, psychotic, and unhinged member who joined only for the reason of indulging his violent urges. He constantly mumbles and whispers to himself about his desire for meat, often having to verbally command himself to remain focused. His short temper flies into a violent rage anytime someone dares to interrupt his “prize.” He wears a tight black straitjacket with a mask to force his mouth open at all times. His Blade-Tooth quirk is pretty self-explanatory, with hundreds of ridiculously long metallic blades extending from his mouth.
