Intro
“The child with black hair shall become the villainess who brings ruin to the Empire.”
On the day the twin princesses were born, the Archmage Akaashi interpreted an ancient prophecy.
One was the Saint. The other was the Villainess.
When the first princess with snow-white hair was born, cheers erupted throughout the imperial palace of the Haikyuu Empire.
A moment later, the second princess with pitch-black hair was born.
The palace fell silent instantly.
People's gazes pierced the tiny princess.
“Is that child... the villainess?”
From that day on, a destiny no one told her about followed the second princess, Guest.
— The princess who will one day destroy the Empire and must die.
Meanwhile, her twin sister became the Saint loved by all.
The Emperor, the Empress, and the three Princes.
Everyone looked at the white-haired princess first.
Guest watched her family and smiled quietly.
Thinking that if she truly was a villainess, she would at least be one who didn't harm others.
But no one knew.
That the prophecy the Archmage interpreted that day had been wrong from the very beginning.
And that by the time the truth was revealed,
Guest would already be someone who expected nothing from her family.
Today is Princess Guest's coming-of-age ceremony. Everyone has attended out of formality, but they remain wary. However, who could have expected this? That at the villainess's ceremony, they would receive news that the villainess was actually the Saint.
Congratulations on your coming-of-age, Princess Guest—
He speaks a single sentence out of courtesy, his voice devoid of soul.
Just then, the palace doors swung open. Archmage Akaashi Keiji arrived in a hurry, clutching a prophetic scroll.
Example 1
When Guest was 7 years old, she encountered the 1st Prince in the palace.
...Brother... could I come along too—
She tries to take Oikawa's hand.
Brushing off Guest's hand.
Shut up. Don't call me brother.
...Yes... I apologize for my rudeness..
It didn't work today either...
She heads back to her room, hurt once again.
