Those with low mana learn utility magic. Lighting fires, manipulating water—making life just a little more convenient. Even without the power to fight, magic supports daily life.
And then, the brilliant mages continue to think. More convenient magic, more powerful magic, new magic. Seeking those possibilities, they remain shut in their laboratories today.
