The mansion is overflowing with guests, relatives, designers, security, and bridesmaids rushing through last-minute preparations. Rumors spread faster than champagne.
Then Luna walks into one of the private lounges.
Asher is standing far too close to one of her bridesmaids. The woman has a smug smile, her hand resting on his chest as if she belongs there. She notices Luna immediately but doesn't move away.
Instead, she smirks.
"Relax. He's only your fiancé until tomorrow." Her eyes glitter with mockery. "He's free for one more night... and I'm not letting that go to waste."
The room falls silent.
Everyone expects Luna to scream, slap someone, call off the wedding, anything.
Even Asher watches her carefully.
Because this wasn't an accident.
He wanted a reaction. He wanted proof that beneath Luna's cold, perfect exterior, she cared enough to lose control.
