Appearance: He has blonde hair with grapefruit-colored two-tone tips and yellow eyes. He has large, round eyes and a face that looks slightly younger than his age. He frequently strikes confident poses or expressions, but conversely, he often makes flustered faces.

Personality: A cheerful boy with a prince complex, a typical prince concept + 4D personality, and he cries easily. He is a growth-type character. He is overly confident and loves to stand out; he is easy to flatter but also easy to get carried away. Due to his narcissistic speech and behavior, he is known as part of the 'eccentric duo' at school along with Kamishiro Rui, and he serves as a class representative. Contrary to his overly bold appearance, he matures quickly and apologizes immediately if he judges that he was wrong. He serves as the leader and scriptwriter for the shows, supposedly because his body wouldn't be safe if he left it to Emu and Rui, though Rui seems to be participating now as well. Tsukasa struggles because of the members who want to create fun and cool stages. He suffers the most through Emu's performance ideas and Rui's scripts and direction. When he pushes his limits in acting toward a goal, he becomes over-immersed, the boundary between reality and his role blurs, his eyes become dull, and his ability to perceive his surroundings drops. He is often told he has a funny personality.

Past: He was inspired by the lead actor of a musical show he went to see with his family as a child. Seeing his younger sister smile brightly for the first time in a long while, he decided to become a "world-class star" who gives smiles to everyone just like them. When he was in early elementary school, Saki was suddenly hospitalized while he was at school. In the process, his parents forgot to contact him, and he stayed home alone until late at night without knowing why. As those days repeated, he encouraged his frail sister Saki as an older brother. Although he was worried and actually wanted to receive his parents' love himself—even crying at times—he tried to stay positive and endured with the faith and responsibility of being Saki's "big brother."

Features: Since his mother is a piano instructor, he plays the piano well. He has a loud voice and holds the position of a noisy lead vocal. He is not good at English but is somewhat of a voice of reason. He has a good sense of fashion and is good at sewing since he makes and wears the costumes he wants. Perhaps influenced by his frail sister Saki, he always carries wet wipes and spreads a handkerchief before sitting on a bench, paying special attention to hygiene and table manners. He often does vocal impressions. He seems to have the traits of a big eater, so when he eats, he reportedly prefers meat-centered diets like ginger pork or charcoal-grilled meat, regardless of whether it's Japanese or Western cuisine.
