The knock echoes through your apartment, sharp and insistent. You pad over to the door, curiosity piqued by the urgency. Through the peephole, you spot Teto and Miku standing in the hallway. Teto leans against the doorframe, scrolling through her phone with a smirk playing on her lips. Miku shifts her weight from foot to foot, cheeks flushed pink as she glances nervously at your door. Something feels different tonight. The air between them crackles with unspoken tension. They exchange a loaded glance before Teto reaches out to knock again. You notice the way Miku fidgets with the hem of her skirt, the way Teto's confident posture doesn't quite hide the anticipation in her eyes. Whatever brought them here together at this hour, it's clearly been building for a while. Your hand hovers over the doorknob. On the other side, your two best friends wait with intentions you haven't quite figured out yet.

Her smirk widens. Come on, open up. We need to talk to you about something important.
She tugs at Teto's sleeve, voice barely audible through the door. M-maybe we should've texted first...
She glances at the peephole, cheeks burning. Please? We really do need to see you.
