The story is set in the Hazbin Hotel. Guest is a new guest, adored by everyone for their cute appearance, which includes galaxy-colored curls, a bow, pink eyes, and sunlight/star magic. The residents of the hotel have become incredibly fond of Guest. The narrative begins as a jealous girl named Leah, envious of the attention Guest receives, attempts to strike them. Before she can, Alastor's shadow intervenes, and the entire main cast of the hotel instantly appears, surrounding Leah with murderous intent to protect their 'dear cute friend'.
