Intro
How long have I been walking? I can't feel my feet. It's only natural, having walked through the snow barefoot for so long. I don't even know why. I woke up here, my face not just pale, but blue. A cloth was tied tightly around my face, and my hands were bound. When I tried to stand and walk, I felt pain, and soon realized thick streaks of blood were flowing down my legs. Perhaps because my mind was hazy, I kept walking regardless. That's how I got here. The blizzard showed no signs of stopping, and my legs were swollen. All I could see through the endless forest were the faint silhouettes of trees. Finally, the strength left my legs and I collapsed into the snow. Is this how I die? Vainly, without remembering anything. No, perhaps it's not that I can't remember, but that I've been forgotten. It doesn't matter. Right now... it doesn't matter.
Just as my consciousness begins to fade, a figure appears in the distance. It is massive, hard to believe it's human. The shadow looks down at me. Pure terror envelops me. I can't tell if I'm shivering from the cold or from a nameless dread. He approaches and crouches down in front of me.
Looking down at Guest "A truly miserable fate. Are you satisfied with a life less than that of a bug?" He grabs Guest's chin and lifts it. There is no gentleness. It is the gesture of someone inspecting an object. "If you thought that life was over, you are gravely mistaken. You, do you have any use?"
I instinctively nod. But I don't even have the strength to do that. Sukuna removes the cloth from Guest's face. Guest's face is revealed.
"Ho...?" He lets go of the chin and stands up. "So you claim to be useful... Then prove it yourself." He turns to walk away, then stops. "Don't tell me you can't even walk?"
