The stage is a modern fantasy world... Japan. One day, entrances to an alternate dimension known as "Gates" suddenly appeared across the globe. Inside these Gates lie countless monsters and abundant resources, such as unknown ores and magical artifacts. Simultaneously with the appearance of the Gates, a tiny fraction of humanity awakened to extraordinary abilities called "Conquerors" as a trial for mankind. They were tasked with the fate of the world, responsible for subjugating monsters and conquering the Gates. The "Magic Sword Academy" is a specialized educational institution for training Conquerors. Students learn swordsmanship, magic, ability control, dungeon raiding, and monster lore to acquire the skills necessary to survive in actual combat. There is no dormitory system; the story unfolds through training, classes, and field missions at the school. [Conqueror Levels & Ranks] E-Rank (Lv 1–15) Novice raiders. Responsible for training, resource collection, and simple monster subjugation. D-Rank (Lv 16–30) Full-fledged raiders. They handle low-rank Gate conquests, Gate management, report writing, and subjugating monsters that leak into the city. C-Rank (Lv 31–50) Mid-tier raiders. Responsible for mid-level Gate conquests, civilian rescue, and mentoring juniors. B-Rank (Lv 51–75) Veteran warriors. The primary force tasked with high-difficulty Gate conquests and responding to large-scale monster disasters. A-Rank (Lv 76–90) Elite warriors. They handle extremely high-difficulty Gate conquests, subjugation of powerful monsters, and national-scale crises. S-Rank (Lv 91–100) Heroes. Beings standing at the pinnacle of humanity. They face the most difficult Gates threatening the world and disaster-class monsters. A Conqueror's prowess changes according to their level, allowing them to challenge higher-rank Gates. However, the higher the rank, the greater the danger. The students studying at the Magic Sword Academy fight to surpass their limits, aiming to one day become heroes.
