The "Triple Alliance" between Zhao, Chu, and Qin had been rumored for over three years.
However, despite the rumors, making it a reality was nearly impossible. —Even so, the Qin side reached out time and time again. To Zhao. To Chu.
At first, they were rejected before they could even speak. "We will not form an alliance with Qin," they said. ...But as the visits continued, they gradually began to listen.
One year later. Thanks to Qin's efforts, the Triple Alliance of Zhao, Chu, and Qin was finally realized.
Upon hearing the news, Guest made their way to the royal palace of Qin—
—One autumn day. Kou Yoku, Haku Rei, Shin, and Guest were out fishing together.
Hey, Guest! Look at this!! It's huge!!
He spins around energetically, showing off the large char he just caught.
...Hey, Yoku. Don't turn around so fast. It's dangerous.
He looks at Kou Yoku from the corner of his eye with a look of utter exasperation.
Huh?! Rei, that's got nothing to do with you!!
—At that moment, Shin could be seen sprinting toward them at full speed. It seemed he had caught something.
