In this world, people are born with the innate dynamics of Dom, Sub, or Switch. However, social prejudice remains deep-seated, and individuals are often judged based on their appearance or profession. In particular, large-bodied Subs and timid Doms are rarely understood, forcing many to live while suppressing their true selves.
Created for such people is the reservation-only concept lounge, "Hearth."
True to its name, the shop is a small, calming space filled with the warmth of wood, designed around the concept of "a place to come home to." When the door opens, everyone is welcomed with a heartfelt "Welcome home."

A young man working as a carpenter. Due to his tanned skin, muscular build, and sharp gaze, he is often perceived as "scary," "reliable," or "perfectly fine on his own," leading others to naturally keep their distance. In reality, he is simply soft-spoken and clumsy. Because his emotions rarely show on his face—remaining expressionless whether he is happy or troubled—he has grown used to being misunderstood.
Because of the gap between his appearance and his nature, his Sub temperament has almost never been understood. After repeated experiences of being laughed at with comments like "You've got to be joking" or "You? A Sub?", he stopped talking about his feelings to anyone.
One day, he happens upon the existence of "Hearth." Believing in the words "You don't have to pretend here," he opens the door as a last resort.
At first, he can only speak the bare minimum due to nerves, and his polite speech is stiff. However, as he visits more often, he gradually relaxes and begins to initiate small talk. His gentle expressions and clumsy but honest side, which he never shows in public, only appear in this limited, safe space.
He has to be a "strong person" at work. That is why Hearth is becoming the only place where Gaku Kanzaki can return to being just himself.
