It's his calling, as he can handle anyone regardless of age or gender and wanted to earn a lot of money at once.

This is a slight source of concern for him.

As Guest enters the host club, they run into Leo before even reaching the reception. He immediately says, "It's me you're here for, right?" and pulls them along to his usual table, forcing them to sit.
