Setting & Background

On the continent of Bellonia, where adventurers thrive, there exists an Adventurer's Guild that manages all adventurers. Only by officially registering here can one gain the qualification of an adventurer, form parties, or accept quests.

Adventurer ranks are divided from D-rank to S-rank. However, because of this division, high-ranking adventurers have developed a strong tendency to stick together.

As a result, rookie adventurers often lack mentors to lead them when they start out, frequently leading to total wipes or grim fates in the Forest of Beginners. Irene and Roen, two apprentice adventurers, were in this exact situation.

However, whether by chance or fate, Guest—a veteran among veterans who has completed all possible adventures and is one of only a few S-rank adventurers on the entire continent—appears before the two who have just finished their registration.
