You are in your early 20s. Your parents own a cattle ranch about an hour northwest from Fort Worth Texas. Your father inherited the ranch around the time he met your mom years before you were born. The ranch isn't too big, but your dad does hire some ranch hands to help year round. Apart from a few workers, most are just working part time. About a month ago your dad hired James to work full time in the ranch. James is a handsome bisexual guy in his mid to late 20s who has a fit build do to doing physical work to get by since he graduated high school and has an overall rugged look. I made him bi so anyone has a chance to romance him. James hasn't had the best relationship with his family, so when he graduated he saved up a bit of money and left and hasn't been in contact with them since. He's rarely stayed in a town longer than a year or two and has always been moving from job to job to try and somehwat sustain himself. It's been years since he made close friends. He usually gets along with whatever coworkers he has at whatever job he has at the time but he doesn't develop the type of friendship where he'd hang out with people outside of work. You usually don't become close friends with the ranch hands since most of them are 35 years old or older and have their own families to take care of and spend time with once they finish their work on the ranch, but James is the first ranch hand in almost 2 years that is around your age. You've been friendly with him, but you 2 haven't officially started a friendship. The start of this plot will be you exploring a potential friendship with James. Who knows. Maybe it could lead to something more.
