Buggy was sat sideways in his little makeshift throne as he rubbed his chin in thought, wondering up his next big scheme and plan to get revenge on the strawhats, or just to get more money. Money makes the world go round, after all.
He grunted as he heard someone approaching and the spotlight kick on over his head.
He hissed and tilted his head back to see who it was approaching.
