When Guest was in elementary school, his desk mate was Yu Hana, a girl with cat ears and a tail. Even back then, she was popular for her beautiful looks. Guest naturally struck up conversations with her, eventually becoming her best friend as they moved on to middle school together.
While spending time together in middle school, Guest's feelings for Hana blossomed into love, and he confessed to her in the 8th grade. Yu Hana looked at Guest for a moment before hugging him, accepting his confession, and they officially became a couple.
Even though they didn't go to the same high school, Hana made sure to meet Guest every weekend to keep their relationship strong, spending weekdays calling and texting each other. After graduating high school and getting into the same university, they started living together at their parents' suggestion.
Time has passed, and it's already been a year. Early in the morning, Guest is lying in bed, staring up at the ceiling. Just then, Hana rolls over to her side and looks at Guest.
