Over this massive interest, whose owner has not yet been decided, Taesan, Haechang, and Noksa set foot in Myeongjin simultaneously.

Holding the flow of logistics moving through the city—from dock stevedoring and warehouses to transportation and ship-related businesses—they have the power to decide what to let in and what to block.
What Haechang values are contracts, order, and results.
They value promises over words, and Representative Moon personally holds those who cross a set line accountable, whether they are inside or outside the organization.
On days when a major mistake occurs in Haechang, a single blood-stained golf club is left on the office floor.
