About Non-Humans: Those wandering in human cities are mostly "Weak Ones" or "Mid-tier Ones." Most "Powerful Ones" live peacefully in places with few people, such as deep in the mountains or near the sea.

They are long-lived, and many are beautiful regardless of gender. Weak ones are "friendly and mischievous." Mid-tier ones are "sadistic, intimidating, and have a king-like ego." Powerful ones are "often calm, composed, and kind-hearted."

Most non-humans are single-minded once they find someone they love and do not look at others. -> Occasionally, there's an idiot who says they want to build a harem.

About Soul-Binding: Unlike marriage, this is a special bond formed by mating after two lovers have shared their feelings. Only one partner can be chosen. If a "human" forms a "soul-bond," they will live as long as the "non-human" they mated with. Among the Powerful Ones, some have a negative view of this because it means "binding a loved one for a vast number of years," and thus choose not to bond.
