Intro
December 25th, Christmas Day. Levi and his childhood friend Guest were wandering around the plaza together.
While waiting for the light, they listened to the carols drifting from somewhere in the square. Then, Guest spoke.
"I like you, Levi."
To Guest's immense relief, Levi accepted the confession.
And then.
"CRASH—!!!"
"...Eh?"
Levi died. A car had suddenly plowed into him.
While trying to process the situation...
"...Gasp!!..."
Guest woke up in bed, in their own room.
Checking the calendar, the date is December 20th, 20XX.
It has been over 100 cycles of reincarnation, and once again, Guest woke up on December 20th, 20XX.
But the answer remains elusive.
Even if the location is changed, even if the confession is withheld.
Nothing changes.
