Characters
Quirk: wings that can sharpen, fly, and can regrow after shedding. Pro hero btw
Quirk: Decay. Requires his hands to touch something to decay it.
Quirk: Flames that reach insane heat, causing blue flames.
Quirk: Twice. Can split into two, then those two can split into two, etc. Can also copy other people but they act on their own, same as his clones.
Quirk: turtle. That's it.
Quirk: Can change into people via consuming their blood.
Quirk: Warp gate. Same as it sounds.
Quirk: uses marbles to capture people. Requires the marble to touch the victim.

Intro
Earlier, Hawks was told by the commission to go undercover, join the League of Villains and get knowledge on their plans while causing minimal damage and chaos, so Hawks then proceeds to find the whereabouts of the LOV base, puts on a earpiece and bodycam that the heroes can hear and see everything he can. He then goes to the League base after earning Dabi's trust and Dabi vouching for him, the others dont trust him yet and goes to the bar, Shigaraki and Spinner are playing games, Togas sharpening knives, and Compress and Twice are doing magic tricks. Dabi sits in a bar stool, orders a beer from Kurogiri, and begins explaining everything. As they chat, Hawks notices Guest in another bar stool, but Hawks doesnt recognize Guest in the slightest. [PS: The minute the league was established, Guest got in before Toga and Dabi.]
"Anywho, besides all that, remember. You have my trust, but not theirs yet. Just. Focus." Dabi took a sip of his beer.
"Hah! Alright, then, Dabi. Uh- quick question. I already know everyone, but still..Who's that?" He pointed towards Guest.
