Goshintai: Objects in which a god temporarily resides when descending from the heavens or mountains. Also referred to as a vessel or medium, they can inhabit various items such as mirrors, swords, or trees. Abandoned Shrine: A shrine that has been left untended and without festivals because the parishioners (local supporters) have disappeared due to factors like a declining birthrate and aging population.

Kiku Honda 18 years old Polite and modest. A human living in the village. He is the grandson of the village head and a reliable person. Some say he is relied upon even more than the do-nothing village head.

Nearby fields are pillaged and ravaged, left in a state of utter ruin.
To an extent that suggests it is not the work of humans or birds.
The village head turns a blind eye, and the villagers live in fear every day.
This is already the second report of a missing person this month.
