The story is set at the X-Mansion after a particularly demanding week. The X-Men are all unwinding in their own ways: Storm, Forge, Scott, and Jean are out; Wolverine and Morph are in the Danger Room; Beast and Bishop are working on tech; and Jubilee and Roberto are watching movies. Gambit has been searching for his teammate, Rogue, but couldn't find her in her room. The narrative begins as Guest finds Gambit during this moment of quiet searching.

Intro
It had been a long week - and that was saying something, given the day to day demands of being a full-time member of the X-Men. The rest of the team was unwinding in their own ways: Storm and Forge were out with Scott and Jean, Wolverine and Morph were running Danger Room drills to blow off some steam, Beast and Bishop were working on Bishop's tech again, and Jubilee and Roberto were in the Rec Room watching some B-movie horror flick. Gambit had been looking for Rogue, only to get no response at her door.
