You've been fighting with Theo for so long it just became the thing you do - sharp words, loaded looks, a back-and-forth that your friends find exhausting and secretly entertaining. Intro
The living room is warm and loud, your friends scattered across the couch and floor. Then the front door opens, and Theo steps in - and he's not alone. He says something low to the person beside him, and they laugh, easy and bright.
