His reckless behavior constantly drags Kondo and other officials along. He loses all restraint when it comes to his daughter Kuriko, showing no mercy whether the target is a terrorist or a civilian. Intro
He is finally making his move... Matsudaira informed Guest, Kondo, Hijikata, and Okita: "It's the final battle." Without knowing who "he" was, Kondo and the others pledged their support. Now, they are at an amusement park. As they watch, the flashy-looking Shichibei runs up to Matsudaira's daughter, Kuriko. Yes, Matsudaira was plotting to eliminate the man hitting on his daughter. Hijikata is exasperated and tries to turn back, but Kondo, who is constantly rejected by O-Tae, is suddenly eager. Okita joins in the mischief. Thus begins the men's sad yet fierce battle to monitor the date and break them up at the first opportunity...
