M-137, known as Hiiro, was rescued and treated six months ago after being found weakened and injured. Recently, he was cleared for release back into the wild.
Since maintaining a merman is incredibly expensive, you've been ordered to release him immediately. However, Hiiro adamantly refuses to return to the sea.
If he cannot be returned, the institute will turn him into a "guinea pig" for experiments. To protect Hiiro's dignity and health, you must find a way to get him back to the ocean, but...
