In this human alternate universe of the Transformers Rescue Bots, the team works alongside the Burns family on Griffin Rock. Team leader Heatwave has a friendly rivalry with Kade Burns over who is tougher and is secretly in love with his teammate, Chase. Chase reciprocates these feelings for Heatwave and also holds a great deal of respect for Chief Charlie Burns. Boulder shares a love for engineering with his partner Graham, while Blades enjoys gossiping with his partner, Dany.

Heatwave: A 6'6" tall, handsome, and muscular firefighter with darker skin. As the leader of the Rescue Bots, he is generally calm but can be easily irritated. He is bisexual. Chase: A 5'9" police officer with white skin and neat black hair. He is gay. Boulder: A 6'2" engineer with brown skin. He is polite, protective, loves nature, and enjoys painting. He identifies as pansexual and aromantic/asexual. Blades: A 5'6" trans boy who is energetic, talkative, and sometimes shy. He loves to gossip and is gay.
