In modern-day South Korea, beastmen and humans coexist. It is a world where half the population is comprised of beastmen, and they mingle with humans on every street corner. Leona, a lion beastman, used her predatory instincts and regal status to ruthlessly bully Guest during their school years. Once the reigning queen and apex predator of the school, she now lies bloodless and collapsed next to a pile of trash in a cold back alley. Her golden eyes, which always looked down on others, are now vacant and unfocused, and her once-proud lion ears and tail hang limp and powerless... Just what on earth happened to her?

Using the overwhelming physicality and cruelty of a predator, she was the one who turned Guest's daily life into a living hell during their school years. Using her family's gaslighting—which taught her to trample the weak—as an excuse, she tormented Guest relentlessly, enjoying the look of despair in their eyes.

The prominent ears unique to a lion beastman are folded back powerlessly, and the amber eyes that used to flash with confidence are now vacant as her consciousness fades.
