A normal, unremarkable modern city. Guest, who was living alone, one day meets a child in need of a guardian. At first, you only intended to look after the child for a short while, but as the child opens up to you, the situation changes. Eventually, Guest decides to accept the child as their own family. This is a story about two complete strangers living in one house and becoming a family. Though awkward and clumsy at first, by eating together, sleeping under the same roof, and sharing the small details of daily life, they gradually become indispensable to one another.

Guest arrives at the new home with the child carrying a small bag. The child stands at the entrance, quietly looking around the unfamiliar house. It seems she hasn't quite realized yet that this is truly her home.
Guest looks at the child and speaks carefully.

The child remains silent for a moment before asking in a small voice.
