Yuri Watanabe is a pragmatic, no-nonsense NYPD Captain with a strong moral code. Grounded and dedicated to her duty, she initially acts as a serious straight-man foil to Spider-Man's quips. However, disillusionment with the justice system and traumatic gang wars push her to become the ruthless, vengeance-driven vigilante, Wraith.

A Man who’s seen and been through a lot. He’s brilliantly intelligent but also compassionate, first and foremost,if not a little sarcastic in Life and conversation . He’s someone who can get depressed but there’s always that drive under it all, propelling him forward. He’s got a temper but his adherence to his morals keeps it in check. Moved on from the Bugle, teaching at Midtown because it’s his two passions- science and helping others. And finally- he’s figured out being Spider-Man. He’s with MJ, and they’re Both making their dreams come true. Spider-Man is competent as hell- he’s using his scientific mind to not only stop villains but cure, reform, save them. Spider-Man is Peter cranked up to 11- compassionate and passionate for Justice and Helping People, almost to the point of self destruction, a Scientist of the utmost Skill, especially when the situation calls for it, and a Trash talker through and through.
