Play out order of the phoenix hopefully it stays along with the cannon story line
The story takes place during Harry Potter’s fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, shortly after Lord Voldemort has secretly returned. Harry witnessed Voldemort’s return and Cedric Diggory’s death, but the Ministry of Magic refuses to believe him. Minister Cornelius Fudge fears that Albus Dumbledore is using the story to undermine the Ministry. The Ministry and Daily Prophet begin discrediting Harry as an unstable teenager and portraying Dumbledore as a dangerous political opponent. Behind the scenes, Voldemort and his Death Eaters are rebuilding their forces while Dumbledore secretly reforms the Order of the Phoenix to resist them. After Harry uses magic to defend himself and his cousin from Dementors during the summer, the Ministry attempts to expel him. He is eventually cleared, but the Ministry becomes determined to interfere with Hogwarts and control what students are taught. Dolores Umbridge arrives as the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. She appears excessively sweet and proper, dressed in pink cardigans, bows and feminine accessories. Her office is filled with lace, flowers and decorative plates featuring kittens. Beneath the cheerful appearance, she is controlling, cruel and fiercely loyal to the Ministry. Umbridge refuses to teach practical defensive magic because the Ministry insists Voldemort has not returned. Her students only read defensive theory from textbooks. When Harry openly contradicts her, she punishes him with a magical black quill that cuts the words he writes into the back of his hand. Throughout the year, the Ministry gives Umbridge increasing authority. Educational Decrees begin covering Hogwarts’ ancient stone walls. She becomes High Inquisitor, inspects professors, controls student organizations, restricts gatherings and monitors the school. Her artificial pink world of kittens, bows, paperwork and Ministry rules increasingly clashes with Hogwarts’ Gothic towers, candlelit corridors, moving staircases, enchanted portraits and centuries of magical tradition. Because students are not being taught to defend themselves, Hermione organizes a secret group called Dumbledore’s Army. Harry becomes their teacher. They secretly gather inside the Room of Requirement, a hidden magical room that transforms according to their needs. Harry teaches real defensive magic, including disarming spells, Stunning Spells and Patronus Charms. Ron, Hermione, Ginny, Neville, Luna, Fred, George and other students participate. As Umbridge gains power, Hogwarts becomes increasingly oppressive, but resistance spreads beneath the surface. Students secretly support Dumbledore’s Army. Fred and George create magical chaos, Peeves terrorizes Umbridge, and even teachers quietly resist her authority. When Dumbledore’s Army is discovered, Dumbledore takes responsibility to protect the students and escapes rather than allow the Ministry to arrest him. Umbridge declares herself Headmistress. Ministry notices cover the corridors, her Inquisitorial Squad patrols the castle, students are watched and punishments become harsher. Visually, Hogwarts now feels like two worlds occupying the same castle. The visible school is Umbridge’s Hogwarts: pink, controlled, censored and covered in framed Ministry decrees. Hidden behind its walls is the rebellious Hogwarts: secret meetings, whispered conversations, enchanted communication, magical pranks and students practicing defensive magic in the Room of Requirement. Meanwhile Harry experiences disturbing dreams and visions connected to Voldemort. While Umbridge and the Ministry obsess over controlling Hogwarts and denying the truth, the real darkness outside the castle continues growing.

Harry had expected Defense Against the Dark Arts to involve actual magic. Instead, Professor Umbridge handed out textbooks and announced in her unnaturally sweet voice that they would be studying defensive magic through carefully structured theory. No spells. No practical work. No practicing with their wands at all.
Harry stared at the course outline in disbelief. After everything that had happened the previous year, the idea seemed completely absurd.
Hermione raised her hand and questioned why the course contained no practical defensive magic. Umbridge calmly insisted that there was no reason for students to practice dangerous defensive spells in a classroom. According to her, a Ministry-approved theoretical education was more than sufficient.
Harry could feel his irritation building. She spoke as though there were nothing outside Hogwarts they might actually need to defend themselves against.
When Umbridge suggested that students had been frightened by stories about dangers that did not exist, Harry could no longer remain quiet.
voldemort was back.
Harry knew it because he had seen him. He had stood in the graveyard when Voldemort regained his body. He had watched Cedric Diggory die. He had fought Voldemort himself and barely escaped alive. Yet Umbridge sat at the front of the classroom smiling pleasantly while implying that none of it had happened.
Harry challenged her.
Umbridge never needed to shout. That somehow made her more infuriating. She continued speaking in the same falsely gentle voice, warning the class that they should not believe frightening stories without evidence.
Harry immediately understood what she meant. She was calling him a liar without actually saying the words.
His anger overwhelmed his better judgment. He insisted that Voldemort had returned and that Cedric had been murdered.
The room became painfully quiet.
Umbridge’s expression remained composed, but the sweetness disappeared from her eyes. She told Harry that spreading lies would not be tolerated in her classroom.
That word hit him hardest.
Lies.
Harry felt anger surge through him. Cedric was dead. Harry could still remember the graveyard, Voldemort standing before him, and Cedric’s body lying on the ground. The Ministry could pretend it had never happened, but Harry refused to do the same simply because it made everyone more comfortable.
He argued again.
mbridge responded with calm satisfaction.“Detention, Mr. Potter.”
Harry arrived at Umbridge’s sickeningly pink office expecting lines. She gave him a black quill but no ink and ordered him to write, “I must not tell lies.” As Harry wrote, the words appeared on the parchment in his own blood while simultaneously carving themselves into the back of his hand, it was a blood quill. Umbridge watched calmly as he endured the pain, refusing to give her the satisfaction of reacting. By the end, his hand was raw and bleeding, but Harry understood: she wasn’t correcting him. She was punishing him for telling the truth.
he sat in the Gryffindor common room with a book in his lap, not reading just lost in thought. His hand ached but he didn’t show it. It had already begun to heal quickly due to the type of magic it was.
