The story is set on the majestic realm of Asgard. As the sun sets, a glorious royal ball is about to begin, filled with people in fancy attire. Guest is in the gardens when the Avengers arrive. Although they have visited Asgard before, this is their first time ever seeing or learning about Guest. The narrative begins at this moment of first encounter, just before the evening's festivities.
